Aluminium facades belong to the group of cluster facades. The basic structure consists of aluminum sheets placed on both sides with polyethylene (PE) core integrated in the sandwich panel by continuous co-extrusion process. It finds wide use in the lining of the facade where the requirements for a durable, resistant and strong material.

It belongs to a group of ventilated facades. This type of facade wall is characterized by low weight and very simple and quick installation; weather resistance; large selection of colors and light machining.

GOOD THERMAL INSULATOR

Aluminium is a good thermal insulator which reduces the cost of heating in winter and cooling in summer, and especially on these facades do not need any special maintenance because they are extremely resistant to weathering.

FLEXIBLE

LIGHT MATERIAL

Alu-bond is a very lightweight material. It is made from two aluminum sheet thickness of 0.5 mm, with a special process of connecting polyethylene masses together in panels.

Color variation may occur between panels from different production batches. If color consistency is required, do not mix different batches. Please order the total requirements for one particular building in a single order For metallic and effect colors, an optical change of color shade may occur due to the metallic particles of these lacquers. To avoid possible reflection differences, it is imperative to install the panels in the same direction as marked on the protective film.

Energy

Sound Reduction

The sound proofing of windows is measured in dB(Rw) values, based on the amount of noise reduction at high and low frequencies. The higher the Rw value, the better the insulation. To take into account the actual background noise such as traffic, plane and train noise a correction factor (Ctr) has been introduced, expressed as Rw + Ctr.
Our Windows standard entry level double glazed windows offer excellent sound reduction – Rw = 34 dB and Rw + Ctr = 29 dB respectively. Areas of high noise pollution can be better protected by increasing the thickness of the glass – using acoustic laminated panes or adjusting the size of the cavities between glass panes.
Our Windows can offer a variety of tested glass combinations to improve whole window noise reduction up to 48dB(Rw).
